HNK Hajduk Split
Hrvatski Nogometni klub Hajduk Split, commonly referred to as Hajduk Split (), is a Croatian professional Association football, football Football team, club based in Split, Croatia, Split, that competes in the Croatian First Football League, Croatian First League, the top tier in Croatian football. Since 1979, the club's home ground has been the 33,987-seater Stadion Poljud. The team's traditional home colours are white shirts with blue shorts and blue socks. The idea to form a football club was started by a group of Split students who were studying in Prague. After observing a game between SK Slavia Prague, Slavia and AC Sparta Prague, Sparta Prague, the group gathered at the U Fleků tavern and talked of creating a football club at home. Petar Nadoveza
Petar Nadoveza (9 April 1942 – 19 March 2023) was a Croatian professional football player and manager. During his playing spell at Hajduk he was nicknamed "Pere, splitski Pele" which meant "Pete, the Pelé from Split". Playing career Šibenik Nadoveza started his youth and senior career at HNK Šibenik. In Šibenik's youth academy he was under the guidance of Stojan Mileta who created a lot of talented footballers from that region. At that time Slavko Luštica was the manager of Šibenik and with him Šibenik was a fierce club in the Yugoslav Second League. Hajduk Split In 1963 Nadoveza moved to Hajduk Split where he would spend the next ten years of his career. He was a real "killer" on the field. He had amazing speed and a real instinct for the goal. Dražen Mužinić
Dražen Mužinić (born 25 January 1953) is a Croatian former professional footballer who played as a midfielder. Mužinić spent most of his career in his native Yugoslavia. With Hajduk Split he won four league titles, five cups and he was capped by his country 32 times. He was named the Yugoslav Footballer of the Year in 1977. Club career Norwich City manager John Bond signed him in 1980, paying what was then a club record £300,000 for his services. However, his time at Norwich was not a success. He struggled for form and did not speak English, making communication at times impossible. At one match, Bond employed the services of an interpreter from the University of East Anglia to pass on instructions to Mužinić from the touchline. Fudbalski klub Radnički 1923 (), commonly known as Radnički Kragujevac (), is a professional football club from Kragujevac, Serbia making up the major part of the Radnički Kragujevac Sports Society. The name Radnički means "of the labourers" in Serbian and its roots come from the relation the club had with labour movements during the first half of the 20th century. Čika Dača Stadium
Čika Dača Stadium () is a multi-use stadium in Kragujevac, Serbia. It is currently used mostly for Association football, football matches and is the home ground of FK Radnički 1923 and Kragujevac Wild Boars. The stadium was named in memory of Danilo Stojanović, known as Čika Dača, who is considered to be a pioneer of football in Serbia. Ivica Šurjak
Ivan "Ivica" Šurjak (born 23 March 1953) is a Croatian retired football midfielder. He was the driving force behind the success of Hajduk Split as it became a force in the Yugoslav First League in the 1970s. Club career He started his career as a left back, but with time learned total football, according to which all players can, during the ebb and flow of the match, slot into every position as needed. He continued his career at Paris Saint-Germain and Udinese, but turned down offers by the New York Cosmos and Real Madrid. He concluded his playing career in Spain at Real Zaragoza. Boljat died in Split on 1 January 2024, at the age of 72. Vilson Džoni (; born 24 September 1950) is a Croatian former professional footballer who played as a defender. He was named Yugoslav Footballer of the Year in 1978. Club career Džoni was born in Split to a family from Prizren, and is of Kosovo Albanian descent. He was a full back whose biggest weapon was his speed.
