1960–61 Divizia B
The 1960–61 Divizia B was the 21st season of the second tier of the Romanian football league system. The format has been maintained to three series, each of them having 14 teams. At the end of the season the winners of the series promoted to Divizia A and the last two places from each series relegated to Regional Championship. Liga II
The Liga 2, most commonly spelled as Liga II, is the second level of the Romanian football league system. The league changed its name from Divizia B just before the start of the 2006–07 Liga II, 2006–07 football season. It is currently Sponsor (commercial), sponsored by Casa Pariurilor, a betting company under the official name Liga 2 Casa Pariurilor. Format Since its inception in 1934, Liga II has had between 2 and 9 parallel divisions, with clubs divided based on geographic regions. But since the 2016–17 Liga II, 2016-17 Liga II, it changed to one group of 20 teams. Currently, the top six teams goes in the promotion play-off, in which the top 2 teams get promoted and the next 2 play a promotion play-off against teams from Liga I. CSM Bucovina Rădăuți
Clubul Sportiv Municipal Bucovina Rădăuți, commonly known as Bucovina Rădăuți, is a Romanian professional football club based in Rădăuți, Romania, founded in 1956. Currently the team plays in Liga III. History Bucovina Rădăuți was founded in 1950 as Spartac Rădăuți, continuing the football tradition in Rădăuți that began before World War II with clubs such as Jahn Rădăuți, Hagwiruch Rădăuți, and Hatmanul Luca Arbore Rădăuți. Renamed Progresul Rădăuți, the team finished as runners-up in the 1954 Suceava Regional Championship and earned promotion to the newly re-established Divizia C at the end of the 1955 season, after winning one of the regional championship series but losing the championship final to Dinamo Dorohoi. In Divizia C, Progresul Rădăuți competed in Series I and finished 10th in the 1956 season. CFR Arad
CFR Arad was a football club based in Arad, Romania, founded in 1921. History The club was born in 1921, and just after one year they merged with CS Gloria Arad, a team founded in 1913. Under the name Gloria CFR Arad they have the best performances inclusive a second place in Divizia A 1929–30. But in 1934, after just 12 years the club fell apart in CS Gloria Arad and CFR Arad. The separation was not propitious for CFR Arad who start playing again in lower divisions, while CS Gloria Arad lived her glory years in Romanian First League. They changed several names in the next years, till 1973 when they decide to merge again, this time with Vagonul Arad, under the name of ''Unirea Arad'' between 1973–1974 and ''Rapid Arad'' between 1974 and 1978. The 1960–61 Regional Championship was the 19th season of the Regional Championship, 8th as the third tier of Romanian football. Clubul Sportiv Viitorul Minerul Lupeni, commonly referred to as Minerul Lupeni, is a Romanian Association football, football club based in Lupeni, Hunedoara County, which competes in Liga III , the third tier of the Romanian football league system. Established in 1920 as ''Jiul Lupeni'', the club changed its name several times to ''Partizanul (1950), Flacăra (1951), Minerul (1953 and 1957) and Energia (1956)''. Mureșul Târgu Mureș
CS Mureșul Târgu Mureș was a Romanian football club based in Târgu Mureș. They reached twice the semifinals of Romania's top football league, Divizia A. They are the predecessors of CS Târgu Mureş. History Mureșul Târgu Mureș ― named after the Mureș River on which Târgu Mureș lies ― was created in 1921 under the name SS Mureșul Târgu Mureș. In 1923, they joined to the CFR Târgu Mureș, Sports Club of railway workers, under the name CFR Mureșul Târgu Mureș. Same year, the club won the Târgu Mureș district championship and qualified for the final round of the 1923–24 Divizia A, Romanian Championship. After victories against the Șoimii Sibiu and Venus București they reached the semifinals, but was defeated by Chinezul Timișoara with 0–9.
