1933–34 Serie B
The Serie B 1933–34 was the fifth tournament of this competition played in Italy since its creation. This championship was organized with two groups and a final round to determine the promoted team. Teams Viareggio Calcio, Viareggio, AC Perugia, Perugia and US Foggia, Foggia had been promoted from Lega Pro Prima Divisione, Prima Divisione, while AS Bari, Bari and Aurora Pro Patria 1919, Pro Patria had been relegated from Serie A. Atalanta BC, Atalanta and Pistoiese had been re-elected by the Direttorio Divisioni Superiori, Higher Directory to expand the league. The Serie B (), officially known as Serie BKT for sponsorship reasons, is the second-highest division in the Italian football league system after the Serie A. It has been operating for over ninety years since the 1929–30 season. It had been organized by Lega Calcio until 2010 and the Lega B ever since.
