The 1924 Paris–Roubaix was the 25th edition of the Paris–Roubaix, a classic one-day cycle race in France. The single day event was held on 6 April 1924 and stretched from Paris to its end in a velodrome in Roubaix. The winner was Jules Van Hevel from Belgium. Jules Van Hevel
Jules Vanhevel (10 March 1895 in Koekelare – 21 July 1969 in Ostend) was a Belgian racing cyclist. He was a professional from 1919 to 1936. Biography In the literature, his name is often misspelled as "Jules Van Hevel. The cyclist Jules A. Vanhevel should not be confused with Jules K. Vanhevel, the last miller of the East Mill at Gistel, a relative Jules Vanhevel his first racing bike was a Bercley.
