1923–24 Netherlands Football League Championship
The Netherlands Football League Championship 1923–1924 was contested by 51 teams participating in five divisions. The national champion would be determined by a play-off featuring the winners of the eastern, northern, southern and two western football divisions of the Netherlands. Feijenoord won this year's championship by beating Stormvogels, NAC, SC Enschede and Be Quick 1887. Eredivisie
The Eredivisie (; ''"Honour Division"'' or ''"Premier Division"'') is the highest level of professional football in the Netherlands. The league was founded in 1956, two years after the start of professional football in the Netherlands. It is considered one of the best European leagues. As of the 2020–21 season, it is ranked the sixth-best league in Europe by UEFA. The Eredivisie consists of 18 clubs. Each club meets every other club twice during the season, once at home and once away. HVV 't Gooi
SC 't Gooi (Sport Club Het Gooi) is a sports club from Hilversum, Netherlands. The club was established on 19 October 1905 as Hilversumsche Voetbal Club Rapiditas, abbreviated as HVV 't Gooi. In the 1950s and 1960s it played professional soccer under this name. The professional division continued under the name SC Gooiland from 1965 until 1971. The Ajax Sportsman Combinatie, usually known as ASC, is a Dutch football and cricket club, established in 1918 as a merger of the ''Leidsche Cricket- en Football-Club Ajax'' and ''Leidsche Athletiekvereeniging De Sportsman''. HFC Haarlem
HFC Haarlem was a Dutch football club from the city of Haarlem, established in 1889 and dissolved in 2010. The club won the Eredivisie in 1946 and reached five Cup finals, winning in 1902 and 1912. Haarlem reached the second round of the 1982–83 UEFA Cup, losing to Spartak Moscow of the Soviet Union. FC Blauw-Wit Amsterdam ( en, Blue-White) was a Dutch football club from Amsterdam. The name referred to the colours of their uniform, blue and white. History Founded on 10 May 1902 as a local club in the Kinkerbuurt area of Amsterdam, from 1928 it started to play its home matches in the Olympic Stadium in Amsterdam.
