Živorad Smiljanić
Živorad Smiljanić (6 February 1942, in Zaječar - 14 December 2018, in Apatin) was a Serbian politician, member of the Socialist Party of Serbia. Between 1997 and 2000 was the president of the Assembly of Vojvodina. Smiljanić has been the mayor of Apatin since 2004. He graduated the medical school and practiced medicine for 36 years as a Gynaecology, Gynaecologist. The Socialist Party of Serbia (, abbr. SPS) is a populist political party in Serbia. Ivica Dačić has led SPS as its president since 2006. SPS was founded in 1990 as a merger of the League of Communists of Serbia and Socialist Alliance of Working People of Yugoslavia with Slobodan Milošević as its first president. In the 1990 general elections, SPS became the ruling party of Serbia while Milošević was elected president of Serbia. During Milošević's rule, SPS relied on the Serbian Radical Party (SRS) from 1992 to 1993 while it later led several coalition governments with SRS, New Democracy, and Yugoslav Left. Milutin Stojković
Milutin Stojković ( sr-Cyrl, Милутин Стојковић; born 19 August 1942) is a retired Serbian academic and politician. He was a deputy prime minister of Serbia from 1997 to 1998 and has held leading positions in the parliaments of Vojvodina and the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (FRY). Stojković is a member of the Socialist Party of Serbia (SPS). Early life and academic career Stojković was born in the village of Mijatovac in the municipality of Ćuprija, in what was then the Territory of the Military Commander in Serbia during the Axis occupation of Serbia in World War II. He grew up in the People's Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. He received a bachelor's degree from the University of Novi Sad's Faculty of Economics in Subotica in 1979 and a master's degree and Ph.D. from the same institution in 1985.
