ŽerotÃn is a municipality and village in Olomouc District in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 500 inhabitants. ŽerotÃn lies approximately north of Olomouc and east of Prague. History The first written mention of ŽerotÃn is in a deed of bishop JindÅ™ich ZdÃk JindÅ™ich ZdÃk (also anglicized as ''Henry ZdÃk''; – 1150 in Prague) was a Czech bishop and diplomat. He served as bishop of Olomouc from 1126 to 1150. He was a promoter of church reforms and is considered one of the most educated Czechs of ... from 1141.
