Žensko košarkarsko društvo Ježica, commonly referred to as ŽKD Ježica or simply Ježica, is a Slovenian women's basketball club from the Ježica district in Ljubljana, currently playing in the Slovenian Women's Basketball League, Slovenian League. Basketball Federation Of Slovenia
The Basketball Federation of Slovenia () also known as KZS is the governing body of basketball in Slovenia. It was founded in 1950 as a member of the larger Yugoslav Basketball Federation (see also: Basketball in Yugoslavia). In 1992, KZS joined the International Basketball Federation (FIBA) on its own. The Basketball Federation of Slovenia operates the Slovenia men's national team and Slovenia women's national team. EuroLeague Women Clubs
The EuroLeague is a European men's professional basketball club competition. The league is widely recognised as the top-tier and the most prestigious men's basketball league in Europe. The league consists of 20 teams, of which 16 are given long-term licences and wild cards, making the league a semi-closed league.
