Škoda 05 T
The Škoda 05 T, also known as Škoda Vektra (''Velkokapacitní tramvaj'' (High-capacity tram)) was a five-carbody-section low floor, low-floor tram developed by Škoda Transportation and based on the Škoda 03 T. The prototype was built in 2003 and by 2008 was in test service in Plzeň, being dismantled in 2009 shortly after. Newer Škoda trams (Škoda 06 T, 06 T, Škoda 10 T, 10 T, Škoda 14 T, 14 T, Škoda 16 T, 16 T) are based on this type. Production From 2003-2009, only one prototype was produced. Škoda 13 T
The Škoda 13 T (also Škoda Elektra) is a five carbody section low floor, low-floor uni-directional tram, developed by Škoda Transportation for the Trams in Brno, Brno tram system. The vehicle's front was designed by Porsche Design Group. The 13 T has six axles, and the low-floor area represents 48% of the entire vehicle floor. It is based on the Škoda 14 T. While 14 T has a front door leading to the driver's cabin only, in 13 T the front door leads to the passenger compartment. Deliveries The vehicles delivered from late 2010 differ from the preceding ones in array of passenger seats – while the initial trams have the seats in high-floor sections sideways to the driving direction (so the passengers face each other with a passage in between the lines of seats), the newer trams have the seats located in the driving direction. 20 more trams were delivered in 2016. The Škoda 16 T (also called Elektra) is a five carbody section low-floor uni-directional tram, developed by Škoda Transportation for Wrocław. The vehicle was designed by Porsche Design Group. The 16 T has six axles, and the low-floor area represents 65% of the entire vehicle floor. It is based on the Škoda 05 T. Production As of winter 2007, 17 trams were ordered and delivered to Wrocław. There were plans of buying additional 7 trams with the Škoda 19 T shipment, but all the plans have been canceled. Equipment The Škoda 16 T is equipped according to all standards. The things that is missing alongside the Air-Conditioning is a Monitoring System. The Škoda 10 T, or Skoda 10T, the latter being the common English-language form, is a three-carbody-section low-floor bi-directional tram, developed by Škoda Transportation. It was in production from 2000 to 2002. The vehicle is four-axled, and is based on the Škoda 03 T, which is a uni-directional model operating in a few cities in the Czech Republic. The low-floor area represents 50% of the entire vehicle floor. The 10T was originally part of Skoda's ''Astra'' model line, although in the United States it was referred to only as the 10T. However, it was later made part of the company's ''Elektra'' model line, after that new line of models was created, around 2010.
