Tivoli City Park
Tivoli City Park () or simply Tivoli Park () is the largest park in Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia. It is located on the western outskirts of the Center District, stretching to the Šiška District to the north, the Vič District to the south, and the Rožnik District to the west. Koseze Pond
Koseze Pond (), Martinek Pond (), Lake Koseze () or simply the Pond () is an artificial pond at the edge of Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia, between Šiška Hill to the west and the neighborhood of Mostec to the east. It is part of the Tivoli–Rožnik Hill–Šiška Hill Landscape Park and is named after the nearby Koseze neighborhood in Ljubljana's Šiška District. Near Koseze Pond, the Path of Remembrance and Comradeship touches Tivoli–Rožnik Hill–Šiška Hill Landscape Park. The pond has an area of and a maximum depth of . It is fed by Mostec Creek. Koseze (; ) is a formerly independent settlement in the northwest part of the capital Ljubljana in central Slovenia. It is part of the traditional region of Upper Carniola and is now included with the rest of the municipality in the Central Slovenia Statistical Region. Geography Koseze stands on clay soil beyond the gravelly terrace of the Sava River. Koseze Pond in the village is a former clay pit that supplied the brickworks operated by Gustav Tönnies (1814–1886) and was later flooded by the Agrostroj company to test irrigation pumps. The A2 motorway () is a motorway in Slovenia, around 180 km long, connecting the Karawanks Tunnel (motorway), Karawanks Tunnel (at the Austrian border) via the capital city Ljubljana to Obrežje (at the Croatian border, near Zagreb). It connects several major Slovene cities, including Kranj, Ljubljana, and Novo Mesto, and is part of Pan-European corridors, Pan-European Corridor X. The route of the motorway largely follows the path of the Brotherhood and Unity Highway, which was a two-lane non-divided road constructed as the main traffic artery within Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, Yugoslavia.
