Šentjurje
Šentjurje ( or ; ''Leksikon občin kraljestev in dežel zastopanih v državnem zboru,'' vol. 6: ''Kranjsko''. 1906. Vienna: C. Kr. Dvorna in Državna Tiskarna, p. 98.) is a small settlement to the east of Šentvid pri Stični in the Municipality of Ivančna Gorica in central Slovenia. The area is part of the historical region of Lower Carniola. The municipality is now included in the Central Slovenia Statistical Region. Church The local church (building), church from which the settlement gets its name is dedicated to Saint George ( or colloquially ''Šentjur'') and belongs to the Parish of Veliki Gaber.
