Şahan Gökbakar
Şahan Gökbakar (born 22 October 1980) is a Turkish comedian, actor and producer. Early life Born in İzmir, Gökbakar grew up in Turkey's capital, Ankara, attending the primary school and high school attached to the Middle East Technical University (ODTÜ). After completing high school in 1997, he went on to study acting at Bilkent University's Faculty of Music and Performing Arts in Ankara. After graduating in 2002, he moved to Istanbul. Career Television After making himself known to Turkish audiences with his Candid Camera-style show, Zoka, he became hugely popular with his sketch comedy series, "Dikkat Şahan Çıkabilir", in which he portrayed many different characters. After concluding the series on 2006 after two successful seasons on two different networks, he went on to shoot a Late-night talk show, late night talk show at NTV, named "Kime Diyorum Ben." TV8 is a Turkish free-to-air television channel owned by MNG Media Group, which started broadcasting on 22 February 1999. Its current owner is Acun Medya. Mount Ida (, pronounced , meaning "Goose Mountain", ''Kaz Dağları,'' or ''Karataş Tepesi,'' Greek: Ίδα'')'' is a mountain in northwestern Turkey, some southeast of the ruins of Troy, along the north coast of the Edremit Gulf. Since the 1940's the number of wildfires in Turkey per year had increased from around 1000 to around 3500. In 2007, the IPCC Fourth Assessment Report said that "Warmer, drier conditions will lead to more frequent and prolonged droughts, as well as to a longer fire season and increased fire risk, particularly in the Mediterranean region." 2020 The 2020 wildfires were a series of forest fires that broke out in several areas across Turkey throughout 2020.
