Święty Krzyż TV Tower
Święty Krzyż TV Tower (Polish: Radiowo-Telewizyjne Centrum Nadawcze Święty Krzyż) is the tallest free-standing TV tower in Poland (Taller architectural structures in Poland are guyed masts or highrise buildings and chimneys equipped with antennas). Święty Krzyż TV Tower, which was built in 1966, is a 157 metre tall concrete TV tower situated near the monastery on Łysa Góra. Święty Krzyż TV Tower is not accessible for tourists. The hyperbolic-shaped basement floors resemble those of the Ochsenkopf TV Tower in Germany. Radio Zet () is a Polish commercial radio station launched in 1990, as the second privately owned radio in Poland. Since 2023, its majority shareholder has been Agora (company), Agora SA. Forward Error Correction
In computing, telecommunication, information theory, and coding theory, forward error correction (FEC) or channel coding is a technique used for controlling errors in data transmission over unreliable or noisy communication channels. The central idea is that the sender encodes the message in a redundant way, most often by using an error correction code, or error correcting code (ECC). The redundancy allows the receiver not only to detect errors that may occur anywhere in the message, but often to correct a limited number of errors. Signal modulation is the process of varying one or more properties of a periodic waveform in electronics and telecommunication for the purpose of transmitting information.
