Średnia Krokiew
Kompleks Średniej Krokwi im. Bronisława Czecha (''The Bronisław Czech Medium Krokiew Complex'') is a ski jumping complex of normal, medium, and small hills, built on the slope of mountain (1378 m) in Zakopane, Poland. History The hill was opened in 1950. It hosted 1962 FIS Nordic World Ski Championships on normal hill and one Fédération Internationale de Ski, FIS Ski jumping World Cup event in 1980. The official opening of the remodeled complex was July 9, 2021. The complex has been equipped with plastic mattings, artificial lighting, snowmaking system, changing rooms and training hall, and the four largest facilities with artificially frozen inrun tracks. Klemens Murańka (born 31 August 1994) is a retired Polish ski jumper, a member of the national team, a 2014 Junior World Champion in team, a bronze medalist of 2015 World Championship in team. Personal life On 28 August 2014 his fiancée gave birth to their son named Klemens Jr. On 25 April 2015 he married Agnieszka Rzadkosz. On 4 January 2021 their second son was born. The FIS Nordic World Ski Championships 1962 took place February 18–25, 1962 in Zakopane, Poland. Bronisław Czech
Bronisław "Bronek" Czech (; 25 July 1908 – 4 June 1944) was a Polish sportsman and artist. A gifted skier, he won championships of Poland 24 times in various skiing disciplines, including Alpine skiing, Nordic skiing and ski jumping. A member of the Polish national team at three consecutive Winter Olympics, he was also one of the pioneers of mountain rescue in the Tatra Mountains and a glider instructor. Ski jumping is a winter sport in which competitors aim to achieve the farthest jump after sliding down on their skis from a specially designed curved ramp. The FIS Ski Jumping World Cup is the world's highest level of ski jumping and the FIS Ski Flying World Cup as the subdivisional part of the competition.
