ﾅ「kasz Wﾃｳjt (born 13 May 1982) is a Polish swimmer, who specialized in middle-distance freestyle and individual medley events. He represented his nation Poland at the 2008 Summer Olympics, and has won two bronze medals in a major international competition, spanning the 2007 Summer Universiade in Bangkok, Thailand, and the 2008 European Short Course Championships in Rijeka, Croatia. Apart from his international career, Wojt has also claimed multiple Polish championship titles and currently holds the national record in the 200 (1:54.81) and 400 m individual medley (4:03.20), both set at the FINA World Cup meet in Berlin, Germany. Wojt competed for the Polish squad in two swimming events at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing. Marek Petrusewicz (22 February 1934 窶 3 October 1992) was a Polish swimmer who won a silver medal in the 200 m breaststroke at the 1954 European Aquatics Championships. He competed in the same event at the 1952 Summer Olympics but did not reach the finals. Between 1953 and 1954 he set two world records in the 100 m breaststroke. Buerger's disease resulted in amputation of his both legs, one in 1967 and the other in 1983. Nevertheless, he continued competing among disabled athletes in the 1960s, and was active in sport and political life of Poland until the second amputation and a stroke that he suffered in 1986. Michaﾅ Rokicki (31 March 1984 窶 20 December 2021) was a Polish swimmer, who specialized in freestyle events. He represented his nation Poland at the 2008 Summer Olympics, and also served as a member of the swimming team throughout his sporting career for AZS Warszawa, under the tutelage of his personal coach Paweﾅ Slominski. Rokicki competed as a member of the Polish team in the freestyle relay at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing.
