Ľudmila Bezáková
Ľudmila Bezáková, married name Siroťáková, is a former competitive figure skater who represented Czechoslovakia internationally. She is the 1969 Nebelhorn Trophy champion, 1972 Winter Universiade silver medalist, and a two-time Czechoslovak national champion (1970–71). Bezáková competed at three European Championships, achieving her best result, 8th, in 1970 in Leningrad. She was also sent to three World Championships with her highest placement was 11th in 1972 in Calgary. Prague Skate
The Prague Skate (sometimes titled Golden Skate; from 1994: Czech Skate) is an international figure skating competition. It was a senior event from the 1960s to 1997, usually held in November or December in Prague. Medals were awarded in the disciplines of men's singles, ladies' singles, and pair skating. Since 1999, it is organized in some years as part of the ISU Junior Grand Prix series. FISU World University Games Silver Medalists For Czechoslovakia
The International University Sports Federation (FISU; ) is responsible for the organization and governance of worldwide sports competitions for student-athletes between the ages of 17 and 25. It was founded in 1949 as the world governing body of national university sports organizations and currently has 165 member associations (National University Sport Federations) from five continents. Between 1949 and 2011, it was based in Brussels (Belgium); it was relocated to Lausanne (Switzerland) since 2011. The FISU stages its events every two years. They currently include three World University Games (beach,summer and winter) and 34 World University Championships. The Slovak Figure Skating Championships () are an annual figure skating competition organized by he Slovak Figure Skating Association () to crown the national champions of Slovakia. The senior-level championships are held in coordination with the skating federations of Hungary, Poland, and Slovakia as part of the Four Nationals Figure Skating Championships. The first Slovak Championships held after the dissolution of Czechoslovakia took place in 1993. The Czech Skating Association and the Slovak Figure Skating Association joined their national championships in 2007. Poland joined in 2009 and Hungary in 2014. European Figure Skating Championships
The European Figure Skating Championships are an annual figure skating competition sanctioned by the International Skating Union (ISU). Medals are awarded in single skating, men's singles, women's singles, pair skating, and ice dance. The event is the sport's oldest competition. The first European Championships were held in 1891 in Hamburg, Germany, and featured one segment – compulsory figures – with seven competitors. They have been held since 1891 with only five interruptions. Women were allowed to compete for the first time in 1930, which was also when pair skating was added to the competition. Ice dance was added in 1954.
