İpar Özay Kurt (born 10 November 2003) is a Turkish volleyball player. She played for Fenerbahçe women's volleyball, Fenerbahçe as wing spiker with jersey number 16 and now plays for Stanford Cardinal women's volleyball, Stanford University. She is tall at .
