Đặng Trần Chỉnh
Đặng Trần Chỉnh (born 14 March 1963) is a Vietnamese football manager and former footballer. He spent his career playing for Saigon Port Football Club. He was a CEO for Becamex Binh Duong in 2023. Early life Chỉnh was born in 1963 in Nha Trang, South Vietnam. On 20 March 1974, when receiving news that the North Vietnam army had entered Da Nang, his family was evacuate to Saigon. Club career In 1984, after making his debut for Saigon Port FC, Chỉnh scored a goal in a win against Nghia Binh Workers FC on Thống Nhất Stadium. After that success year, he won the 1984 V.League top goalscorer with 9 goals in 7 matches. From 1984-1993, he had several injuries and only comeback after called up by coach Phạm Huỳnh Tam Lang in 1993-94 V.League, then retired after the championship end. Nha Trang
Nha Trang ( or ; ) is a coastal city and capital of Khánh Hòa Province, on the South Central Coast of Vietnam. Thống Nhất Stadium (''lit. Unification Stadium)'' (), formerly Cộng Hoà Stadium (Vietnamese: ''Sân vận động Cộng Hoà'') is a multi-purpose stadium in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Phạm Huỳnh Tam Lang
Phạm Huỳnh Tam Lang (14 February 1942 – 2 June 2014) was a Vietnamese football player and coach. Career In 1966, Phạm Huỳnh Tam Lang captained the South Vietnam national team and won the 1966 Merdeka Cup. At the same year, he and former player Do Vinh Vinh was invited to the "Asian All Star" team. At the club level, Tam Lang used to play for famous clubs such as AJS (Association de la Jeunesse sportive) and Sai Gon Port. In the following year, he was part of the South Vietnam squad that participate in the 1967 SEAP Games, in which the team finish as runners-up. In 1977, Tam Lang retired from his playing career and decided to pursuit a coaching career. In 1981, he was sent to Ho Chi Minh City by the Ho Chi Minh City Gymnastics Department to take an international training course in the Democratic Republic of Germany.
