Anh Dao Traxel (Vietnamese alphabet, Vietnamese spelling: Anh Đào Traxel; born Dương Anh Đào; born 22 August 1957) is the foster parent, foster daughter of the late French president Jacques Chirac (1932–2019) and his wife Bernadette Chirac, Bernadette (born 1933). She was a boat people, boat-person refugee, and met Jacques Chirac at Charles de Gaulle International Airport, Roissy Airport in 1979. He told her "Don’t cry, ma chérie. Dao Minh Quan (born Đào Minh Quân in 1952) is a Vietnamese-American politician. He is the 3rd President of the Third Republic of Vietnam, a claimed government in exile. He is known for starting the Vietnam New Democratic Movement. Early life and education Quân was born in Thị Nghè village, Gia Định Province, in Vietnam to Đào Thế (father) and Nguyễn Thị Hạnh (mother). He claims to be a descendent of the Grand Prince of Trần Hưng Đạo. He attended Phan Thanh Giản school until 1968. Quân participated in a Commando course at Sơn Trà/Non Nước military base when he was 16 years old. During the Vietnam War, he assisted Robert D. Shen Dao () was an early to mid Warring states period Chinese philosopher and writer. Noteworthy as a predecessor influencing both Han Fei and Daoism, his remaining fragments are the most substantial of any Jixia Academy scholar, and may have been well known. Sima Qian discusses him with Jixia academy scholars, taking him as rooted in Huang-Lao (Daoism).
