''ト経kolada'' (Serbian language, Serbian for ''chocolate'') is the second studio album by Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, Yugoslav New wave music in Yugoslavia, new wave band Idoli, released in 1983. It is considered to be one of the best selling Yugoslav records, and was ranked #46 on the list of YU 100: najbolji albumi jugoslovenske rok i pop muzike, Greatest Yugoslav Rock and Pop Music Albums. History Having finished the tour in support of ''Odbrana i poslednji dani'' album, the band started working on new material. Since Jugoton was unsatisfied with the sales of ''Odbrana i poslednji dani'', the band had to take on a more commercial sound. In the meantime, bass guitarist Zdenko Kolar left to serve in the Yugoslav People's Army and was temporarily replaced by Branko Isakoviト. Idoli ( sr-Cyrl, ミ侑エミセミサミク; trans. The Idols) were a Serbian new wave band from Belgrade. They are considered to be one of the most notable acts of the Yugoslav rock scene, and their 1982 album ''Odbrana i poslednji dani'' was on several occasions voted by the music critics as the greatest Yugoslav rock album. History Merlin and Zvuk Ulice The roots of Idoli can be found in a band called Merlin (not to be confused with the Sarajevo pop rock band of the same name) and then Zvuk Ulice consisting of Vlada Divljan on guitar and vocals, bassist Zdenko Kolar, keyboard player Dragan Mitriト, drummer Kokan Popoviト, Bora Antiト on saxophone and Dragana Milkoviト on piano and vocals. The band played a combination of jazz and pop rock. Besides performing cover versions of notable foreign bands from the sixties, the band wrote their own songs. Mrtva Priroda
''Mrtva priroda'' (trans. ''Still Life'') is the third studio album from Serbian and former Yugoslav rock band Riblja ト経rba, released in 1981. In 1998, the album was polled as the 19th on the list of 100 greatest Yugoslav rock and pop albums in the book '' YU 100: najbolji albumi jugoslovenske rok i pop muzike'' (''YU 100: The Best albums of Yugoslav pop and rock music''). In 2015, the album was pronounced the 22nd on the list of 100 greatest Yugoslav albums published by Croatian edition of ''Rolling Stone''. Background and recording For the first time, a Riblja ト経rba album featured a song written entirely by the guitarist Momト絞lo Bajagiト, "Ja sam se loナセio na tebe". Nevertheless, Riblja ト経rba frontman Bora ト塵rト粗viト remained the band's main author, with six songs written by him. The album was produced by John McCoy.
