Ýedigen Football Team () was a Turkmen professional football club based in Ashgabat. It was the football team of the International Turkmen-Turkish University. Their home stadium was the HTTU Stadium which can hold 1,000 people and is located on the university's grounds. History The club was formed by the International Turkmen-Turkish University in 2003 under the name HTTU Aşgabat (). In 2012, the team placed 3rd in the Ýokary Liga. In 2013, HTTU won the Ýokary Liga, Turkmenistan Super Cup, and Eskişehir Cup. Süleýman Muhadow scored 23 goals during the season, placing second in the golden boot race. The following year, in the wake of several important departures, including the club's captain, Rovshen Meredov was appointed manager. Turkmenistan Cup
The Turkmenistan Cup () is an annual knockout competition in men's domestic football in Turkmenistan. The Football Federation of Turkmenistan is the organising body of this competition, which has been run every year since its inception in 1993. The competition's most successful performer is Köpetdag Aşgabat with 7 trophies. The winner of the competition ordinarily got a spot in the AFC Challenge League (previously teams qualified for the AFC Cup) group stage. The cup winners play a match for the Turkmenistan Super Cup against the Ýokary Liga champions of the season. Al-Wehdat Sports Club () is a Jordanian sports club founded in 1956. They compete in the Jordanian Pro League, the top flight of Jordanian football. The club is based in and represents the Amman New Camp, a Palestinian refugee camp also known as Al-Wehdat. Their home games are played at King Abdullah II Stadium (cap. 13,265). History The club was founded in 1956 under the name Al-Wehdat Youth Center. In 1974, they changed their name to Al-Wehdat Sports Club and have been called that since then (with the exception of 1986–1989 when it was named Al-Diffatain Sports Club.) The 2007 AFC Cup was the fourth edition of the AFC Cup, playing among clubs from nations who are members of the Asian Football Confederation. Qualification The 13 'developing' nations in the Asian Football Confederation were invited to nominate one or two clubs to participate in the 2007 competition. 2006 winners, Al-Faisaly of Jordan qualify automatically, but proceed to the group stage. Vietnam and Thailand lose ration for Australia in AFC Champions League. Instead of sending two teams by each country to compete for AFC Champions League, the second representative team of Vietnam and Thailand is demoted to play in AFC Cup. The AFC Champions League Two (abbreviated as the ACL Two or ACL2) is an annual continental club football competition organised by the Asian Football Confederation. It is the second-tier competition of Asian club football, ranked below the AFC Champions League Elite and above the AFC Challenge League.
