Ülo Voitka
The Voitka brothers are Ülo Voitka (born 7 October 1968) and Aivar Voitka (born 17 March 1967). They were fugitives from 1986 to 2000. The brothers became fugitives on 27 March 1986, when they fled with Aavo Voitka from Soviet recruitment. Aavo Voitka and Aivar Voitka were eventually caught and punished, but Aivar managed to rejoin Ülo, and the two of them continued hiding until 2000, nine years after the Estonian restoration of independence. They were spotted and reported to the authorities by a local who saw them. When the police surrounded the brothers, the brothers opened fire in the direction of police, but they did not hit anyone. The tactical unit K-Commando was called in and, after negotiations, the brothers surrendered. The punishment of the brothers was controversial. K-Commando
K-Commando () is a police tactical unit of the Estonian Police and Border Guard Board (PBGB), created in 1991 to perform tasks requiring special training. History Formation The unit was founded in 1991 under the name Police Reserve Special Unit by Henn Kask. The unit got its current name in 1993 after the group's commanding officer at that time, Lembit Kolk (retired). Training K-Commando was originally trained by the FBI Special Weapons and Tactics Teams (FBI SWAT) in the United States, the German GSG 9 and the French's RAID, among others. K-Commando is known for its fearsome reputation and high level of professionalism. Recruitment involves rigorous testing and requires the approval of all current team members. Pekka Lehto
Pekka Lehto (born 14 March 1948) is a Finnish film director. He has directed fifteen films since 1976.
