Øyvind Rojahn
Øyvind Rojahn (born 8 November 1971) is a Norwegian professional golfer. He was national champion twice and played on the European Tour, where his best finish was runner-up at the 1995 Air France Cannes Open. Amateur career Rojahn hails from Sarpsborg, south east of Oslo, and was introduced to golf at the age of six by his father, who was chairman of Borregaard Golf Club. Rojahn became a scratch player by 14, the same year he won the Trophy Topolino in Sanremo, Italy. He also won the Doug Sanders European Junior Championship. He joined the National Team and played for Norway three times in the European Amateur Team Championship with a best finish of 6th in 1989, and three times in the Eisenhower Trophy with a best finish of 8th in 1992 in Vancouver, Canada. In 1991, Rojahn won the Norwegian National Golf Championship and received the Kongepokal. He spent 18 months on a golf scholarship at the New Mexico Military Institute in Roswell, New Mexico. Kongepokalen (officially: Hans Majestet Kongens Pokal) is a Norwegian trophy awarded during Norwegian championships in a number of sports. In addition to Norwegian championships, it is also awarded in the World Cup-race in Nordic combined in Holmenkollen. The first known King's Cup awarded to a sport within the Norwegian Olympic and Paralympic Committee and Confederation of Sports (NIF) was set up by King Oscar II for Husebyrennet in 1879. The trophies are paid for jointly by the Royal Court and NIF. King's trophies are awarded to most sports organized in NIF. The trophy is set up for the woman and man who deliver the supposed best result during a senior Norwegian Championship. Morten Hagen
Morten Hagen (born 6 August 1974) is a Norwegian professional golfer. His home club is Vestfold Golfklubb. Hagen has spent most of his career playing in events on the various Scandinavian tours, where he has collected several victories and finished top of the Nordic League Ranking in 2005. He has also played many events over the course of six seasons on the second tier Challenge Tour, winning the Telia Challenge Waxholm in 2005. Norwegian Golf Federation
The Norwegian Golf Federation (, NGF) is the governing body for the sport of golf in Norway. The NGF was founded in 1948 after an initiative from Bergen GK, Høsbjør GK, Borregaard GK and Oslo GK. It organizes around 100,000 memberships, making it the fifth largest federation in Norwegian sports. Members are spread across around 180 golf clubs, and as of 2020 all Norwegian golf clubs but one were organized by the NGF. Per Haugsrud (born 20 February 1965) is a Norwegian professional golfer and the first Norwegian to play on the European Tour. Amateur career Haugsrud began to play golf at the nine hole course in Sarpsborg when he was only seven years old. He was a scratch player at age 15. He won two Norwegian Amateur titles and represented Norway in the 1984 Eisenhower Trophy, the World Amateur Golf Team Championships. The 1998 World Cup of Golf took place 19–22 November at the Gulf Harbor Country Club in Auckland, New Zealand. It was the 44th World Cup. André Robert Bossert (born 14 November 1963) is a Switzerland, Swiss professional golfer. Early life and education Bossert was born to Swiss parents in Johannesburg, South Africa, and played college golf at Oral Roberts University and University of Tulsa in the United States.
