Øre (lake)
Øre or Ørevatn is a lake in the municipality of Åseral in Agder county, Norway. The lake is located at the confluence of the rivers Logna and Monn at the village of Kyrkjebygda. Near the southern end of the lake, the river Mandalselva flows southwards. The village of Eikerapen lies along the southwestern shore of the lake. Agder is a counties of Norway, county () and districts of Norway, traditional region in the southern part of Norway and is coextensive with the Southern Norway region. Mandalselva
Mandalselva, Mandalsåni, or Marna ( English: Mandal River, ) is a river in Agder county in Norway. The river has its origins in the mountains between Ose in Setesdal and the Upper Sirdal valley. The river flows south to its mouth at the North Sea at the town of Mandal. The river is long and flows through the municipalities Åseral, Lyngdal, and Lindesnes. The largest tributaries are Monn, Logna, Skjerka, Kosåna, Logåna, and Røyselandsbekken. Skjerka, Monn and Logna all flow into the lake Øre in Åseral which is considered the beginning of the main Mandalselva river. Kyrkjebygda or Kyrkjebygdi is the administrative centre of Åseral municipality in Agder county, Norway.
