Özker Özgür (11 July 1940 – 22 November 2005) was a leading Turkish-Cypriot politician. Özgür, whose last name means "free" was born on 11 July 1940 in the village of Vretça, Paphos District, Cyprus Cyprus (), officially the Republic of Cyprus, is an island country in the eastern Mediterranean Sea.
