Óscar Ramón Ruiz Roa (born 14 May 1991) is a Paraguayan professional footballer who plays as a left winger for Novorizontino. Club career Ruiz played in different clubs of Paraguay starting with Libertad, General Caballero ZC, Guarani, Rubio Ñu and Deportivo Capiatá. On 31 March 2021, Ruiz moved abroad for the first time in his career, signing a three-year deal with the Bahia. Club Libertad is a Paraguayan professional football club based in Asunción that currently plays in the Paraguayan Primera División. The club plays its home games at Estadio Tigo La Huerta; which holds 10,100 people. Founded in 1905, Libertad is the third most successful Paraguayan football club, winning 26 national titles, only behind rivals Olimpia and Cerro Porteño. The CONMEBOL Sudamericana, also known as Copa Sudamericana (; ), is an annual international club football competition organized by CONMEBOL, the governing body of football in South America, since 2002.
