Oscar Rodríguez Naranjo
Oscar Rodríguez Naranjo (1907–2006) was a painter from Socorro, Santander Department, Colombia. His works include mainly oil paintings and sculptures. Rodríguez Naranjo studied at the Academy of Fine Arts of Bogotá. Owing to the talent he displayed he was able to obtain scholarships for the Académie Julian and the Académie de la Grande Chaumière in Paris. He came back from France during the Second World War and settled in Bucaramanga. Rodríguez Naranjo taught at the art school while he made a number of paintings that would build up his reputation in Colombia. In 1941 he became the Director of the Academia de Bellas Artes in Bucaramanga. The main themes of his paintings were portraits, including religious figures, nudes and landscapes. Óscar Rodríguez Maradiaga
Óscar Andrés Rodríguez Maradiaga, S.D.B. (born 29 December 1942) is a Honduran prelate of the Catholic Church who was Archbishop of Tegucigalpa from 1993 to 2023. He was president of Caritas Internationalis and served as president of the Latin American Episcopal Conference (CELAM) from 1995 to 1999. Rodríguez was elevated to the rank of cardinal in 2001. He has been the Vatican's spokesman with the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank, on the issue of Third World debt. He is a member of the Salesians. Oscar "Oca" Samson Rodriguez (born September 19, 1945) is a Filipino lawyer and politician. He served as the mayor of San Fernando, Pampanga in the Philippines from 2004 until his third term in 2013. Rodriguez was former president of the League of Cities of the Philippines, chairman of the Regional Development Council of Central Luzon, and vice president of the Union of Local Authorities of the Philippines. He is the founding president of Movement for the Advancement of Young Advocates of Pampanga, and was a prosecutor during the impeachment trial of former President Joseph Estrada. Club career Spain Born in Seville, Andalusia, Rodríguez graduated from local Sevilla FC's youth system, making his senior debut with the B-team in 1999. An intendant (; ; ) was, and sometimes still is, a public official, especially in France, Spain, Portugal, and Latin America. The intendancy system was a centralizing administrative system developed in France.
