Óscar Pareja
Óscar Alexander Pareja Gómez (born 10 August 1968) is a Colombian Association football, professional football manager and former player. He is currently the head coach of Orlando City SC in Major League Soccer. Pareja is nicknamed ''El Generalito'', the Little General, but is now called ''Papi''. Playing career Pareja came up through the youth system of Independiente Medellin; however, he began his professional career in 1987, debuting for renowned club Independiente Medellín. In his debut, he assisted on the winning goal in a 1–0 victory. He played eight years with the club, from 1987 to 1995, helping them to be Categoría Primera A runners-up in 1993, and leading them to a respectable performance in the 1994 Copa Libertadores. In 1995, Deportivo Cali purchased Pareja from Independiente Medellín; he paid immediate dividends, helping Cali to a championship in the 1995–1996 season, their first in 22 years. The New York Red Bulls are an American professional association football, soccer club based in the New York metropolitan area. The Supporters' Shield is an annual award given to the Major League Soccer team with the best regular season record, as determined by the MLS points system. The Supporters' Shield has been annually awarded at the MLS Supporters' Summit since 1999 (with the winners between 1996 and 1998 awarded retroactively), and has been recognized as a major trophy by the league. Western Conference (MLS)
The Western Conference is one of Major League Soccer's two conferences, along with the Eastern Conference. The division of the conferences broadly follows the path of the Mississippi River from the Great Lakes to the Gulf of Mexico, with clubs on, or west of the river in the Western Conference. The 2015 MLS SuperDraft was the sixteenth SuperDraft conducted by Major League Soccer. The SuperDraft is held each year in conjunction with the annual National Soccer Coaches Association of America convention. The 2015 convention was held January 14–18, 2015 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The first two rounds of the SuperDraft took place on January 15, 2015. Rounds three and four took place via conference call on January 20, 2015. The 2011 Major League Soccer season was the 16th season of Major League Soccer. It was also the 99th season of FIFA-sanctioned soccer in the United States, and the 33rd with a national first-division league. This season marked the arrival of two new clubs, the Portland Timbers and Vancouver Whitecaps FC, who replaced teams of the same name that last played in the USSF D2 Pro League. IMG Academy is a preparatory boarding school and sports training destination in Bradenton, Florida, United States.
