Élodie Guégan (born 19 December 1985 in Ploemeur, Morbihan) is a French middle distance runner, who specialized in the 800 metres. She won two medals, silver and bronze, for the 800 metres at the 2005 European Athletics U23 Championships in Erfurt, Germany Erfurt () is the capital (political), capital and largest city of the Central Germany (cultural area), Central German state of Thuringia, with a population of around 216,000. The 12th IAAF World Championships in Athletics () were held in Berlin, Germany from 15 to 23 August 2009.
