Échirolles
Échirolles (; ) is a Communes of France, commune in the Isère Departments of France, department, southeastern France. Part of the Grenoble urban unit (agglomeration), it is the second-largest suburb of the city of Grenoble, which is immediately to its north. History A former industrial village had the majority of its inhabitants work in the viscose factories, a fabric that was invented in Échirolles in 1884 by the French scientist and industrial Hilaire de Chardonnet, before becoming universally famous. The process for manufacturing viscose was then patented by three British scientists, Charles Frederick Cross, Edward John Bevan and Clayton Beadle, in 1891. Population Criminality Located just next to Grenoble, Échirolles doesn't escapes to the growth of criminality, especially since the 2020s. Thernand Bakouboula
Thernand Bakouboula (born 6 March 1988) is a former professional footballer who played as a forward (association football), forward. Born in France, he made two appearances for Congo national football team, Congo at international level in 2009. Club career Bakouboula was born in Échirolles. He played during his career in France with FC Échirolles and Grenoble Foot 38, Grenoble, in Turkey for Altay Izmir and in Belgium with RJS Heppignies-Lambusart-Fleurus. He returned to FC Échirolles in summer 2017. International career Bakouboula made his full international debut for Congo national football team, Congo on 12 August 2009 in a friendly against Morocco national football team, Morocco.
