Éamonn Kelly
Éamonn Kelly (born 1968) is an Irish hurler who played as a full-forward for the Tipperary junior hurling team. Born in Puckane, County Tipperary, Kelly first arrived on the inter-county scene at the age of seventeen when he first linked up with the Tipperary minor teams as a dual player, before later joining the under-21 hurling team. He joined the junior team for the 1987 championship. Kelly went on to play a key role for Tipperary over the next few years, and won one two All-Ireland medals in the junior grade. At club level Kelly played both hurling and Gaelic football with Kildangan. In retirement from playing, Kelly became involved in team management and coaching. He was an All-Ireland-winning manager with the Kildangan intermediate hurling team in 2005, as well as serving as a manager and as a selector with the Tipperary under-21 and intermediate hurling teams. Kildangan GAA
Kiladangan GAA is a Tipperary GAA club which is located in County Tipperary, Ireland. Hurling is the main sport which is played in the "North Tipperary" divisional competitions. The club is centred on the village of Puckane but includes the areas of Ballycommon, Monsea and Dromineer near Nenagh. Kiladangan was formerly spelled "Kildangan", however in January 2016 the club reverted to its former name of Kiladangan GAA. Currently, both club names are used interchangeably. Antrim GAA
The Antrim County Board of the Gaelic Athletic Association () or Antrim GAA is one of the 32 county boards of the GAA in Ireland, and is responsible for Gaelic games in County Antrim, Northern Ireland. Ciarán Carey
Ciarán Carey (born 16 January 1970) is an Irish former player, hurling manager and selector. Primarily playing at the centre-back position, Carey's club career was with Patrickswell and at inter-county level with Limerick. He was a key member of the latter team during the 1990s and collected two Munster titles, two National Hurling League titles and three All-Star awards. In retirement from playing Carey has become involved in team management and coaching. At club level he has taken charge of the Tournafulla and Granagh-Ballingarry sides in hurling and camogie respectively. Carey began his inter-county coaching career when he was appointed manager of the Limerick senior camogie team in 2007. Tom Howard (hurler)
Tom Howard (born 1962) is an Irish former hurler who played as a right wing-back for the Clare senior team. Howard began his inter-county career as a member of the Clare minor and under-21 teams. He made his debut with the senior team in the Oireachtas Tournament in 1983 and was a regular player on the inter-county scene for a number of seasons. During that time he enjoyed little success. Len Gaynor
James Leonard Gaynor (born 1944) is an Irish former hurler who played as a left wing-back at senior level for the Tipperary county team. Early life Born and raised in Kilruane, County Tipperary, James (More commonly known as Len)first played as a schoolboy in various juvenile competitions at Kilruane National School before later lining out as a student at St Flannan's College in Ennis. He lined out in the Harty Cup but success eluded him in that competition. Gaynor captained St Flannan's to the Dean Ryan Cup title in 1961 after a 6–07 to 1–03 defeat of De La Salle College Waterford in the final. Liam Sheedy
Liam Sheedy (born 24 October 1969) is an Irish hurling manager and former player who was the manager of the Tipperary senior hurling team on two occasions. Born in Portroe, County Tipperary, Sheedy enjoyed All-Ireland success as a schoolboy hurler before enjoying championship success at club level with Portroe. After beginning his inter-county career with the Tipperary minor team, he later enjoyed All-Ireland successes with the Tipperary under-21 and junior teams. Sheedy made his senior debut during the 1989-90 league, however, it would be 1997 before he became a regular member of the starting fifteen. 2015 Christy Ring Cup
The 2015 Christy Ring Cup was the eleventh staging of the Christy Ring Cup hurling championship since its establishment by the Gaelic Athletic Association in 2005. The cup competition began on 2 May 2015 and ended on 6 June 2014. Kildare were the defending champions, however, they were beaten in the semi-final. Kerry won the title after defeating Derry by 1-20 to 0-12 in the final. Mayo were relegated from the Christy Ring Cup after losing a play-off with Roscommon. Tipperary Intermediate Hurling Championship
The Tipperary Intermediate Hurling Championship is an annual hurling competition organised by the Tipperary County Board of the Gaelic Athletic Association since 1979 for the third-tier hurling teams in the county of Tipperary in Ireland. The series of games are played during the summer and autumn months with the county final currently being played at Semple Stadium in October. The championship has always been played on a regional basis, whereby the respective champions from the Mid, North, South and West championships contest the county series of games. However, in recent years, the championship has followed the same system as the senior grade in Tipperary. The Munster Intermediate Club Hurling Championship (known for sponsorship reasons as the AIB Munster GAA Hurling Intermediate Club Championship) is an annual hurling competition organised by the Munster GAA, Munster Council of the Gaelic Athletic Association and contested by the champion intermediate clubs in the province of Munster in Ireland. Munster Junior Hurling Championship
The Munster Junior Hurling Championship is a junior "knockout" competition in the game of Hurling played in the province of Munster in Ireland. The series of games are organised by the Munster Council. The winners of the Munster Junior Hurling Championship each year progress to play the other provincial champions for a chance to win the All-Ireland Junior Hurling Championship. Generally, the strong hurling counties have fielded their second team in this competition. In recent years though, they have participated in the Munster Intermediate Hurling Championship instead.
