Robert Fico (; born 15 September 1964) is a Slovak politician who has served as the prime minister of Slovakia since 2023. He previously served as prime minister from 2006 to 2010 and from 2012 to 2018. He founded the left-wing political party Direction – Social Democracy in 1999 and has led the party since. Most–Híd 2023 (; ; from the Slovak language, Slovak and Hungarian language, Hungarian words for "bridge") is an inter-ethnic list of political parties in Slovakia, political party in Slovakia. Its programme calls for greater cooperation between the country's Hungarians in Slovakia, Hungarian minority and Slovak people, ethnic Slovak majority.
