Ángel Madrazo Ruiz (born 30 July 1988) is a Spanish former professional road racing cyclist, who competed as a professional from 2009 to 2023. Madrazo left the at the end of the 2013 season, and joined for the 2014 season. In August 2016 announced that Madrazo would join them for the 2017 and 2018 seasons. Santander ( , ; ) is the capital of the Autonomous communities of Spain, autonomous community of Cantabria, Spain. It has a population of 172,000 (2017). The Tour of Austria () is a stage race, stage cycling race held in Austria. From 1949 to 1995 it was a race for amateur cyclists, turning into a professional event in 1996. In 2005 and 2006 it was organised as a 2.1 event on the UCI Europe Tour, becoming a 2.HC event in 2007. The race will become part of the new UCI ProSeries in 2020. The 2017 Tour of Austria () was the 69th edition of the Tour of Austria road bicycle racing, cycling race stage, stage race. The 2016 Étoile de Bessèges () was a road bicycle racing, road cycling stage race that took place between 3 and 7 February 2016. The race was rated as a 2.1 event as part of the 2016 UCI Europe Tour. It was the 46th edition of the Étoile de Bessèges cycling race. The race included five stages. The first four were road stages; the fifth and final stage was a individual time trial. The champion of the 2015 Étoile de Bessèges, Bob Jungels, did not take part in the 2016 event as his team, , was not among those invited. The first two stages were won in sprints by Bryan Coquard (), giving him the lead of the race. His teammate, Sylvain Chavanel, won a reduced sprint on the following stage to take over the race lead.
