Ángel Fortuño
Ángel Fortuño Viñas (born 5 October 2001) is a Spanish professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for RCD Espanyol. Club career Born in Barcelona, Catalonia, Fortuño joined RCD Espanyol's youth setup in 2009, from CE Júpiter. He was promoted to the reserves in Segunda División B ahead of the 2020–21 season, and renewed his contract until 2024 on 25 September 2020. Fortuño made his senior debut on 18 October 2020, starting in a 2–1 home win over AE Prat. Initially a backup to Joan García, he became a starter with the B-team after García was promoted to the main squad, and further extended his link until 2027 on 22 September 2023. Fortuño was promoted to the main squad for the 2024–25 campaign, initially as a third-choice behind García and Fernando Pacheco.
