Ángel Fernández Pérez
Ángel Fernández Pérez (born 16 September 1988) is a Spanish handball player for Limoges Handball and the Spain men's national handball team, Spanish national team. With the Spanish national team he has won the European Men's Handball Championship, European Championship twice, in 2018 and 2020. In addition to regular handball, he also plays beach handball. Career Ángel Fernández started playing handball at his home town club SDC Astillero, before joining CB Cantabria in 2006, where he made his senior debut. In 2008 he left the team, as the club was disbanded. He ten joined 3. league team Club Deportivo Torrebalonmano, CD Torrebalonmano, where he was promoted to the División de Honor Plata de Balonmano, 2nd tier in the first season. El Astillero
El Astillero (English: "The Shipyard") is a town and municipality in the province and autonomous community of Cantabria, northern Spain. It is near the provincial capital of Santander, Cantabria, Santander, and it is known for its shipyard, and for hosting of Spanish national Rowing Championships. 2022 European Men's Handball Championship
The 2022 European Handball Federation, EHF European Men's Handball Championship was the 15th edition of the tournament and the second to feature 24 national teams. It was co-hosted in two countries – Hungary and Slovakia – from 13 to 30 January 2022. It was won by Sweden; the first time in 20 years they won the title. Talant Mushanbetovich Dujshebaev (; born 2 June 1968) is a former handball player, and current coach, who serves as the head coach for Vive Kielce. Dujshebaev is considered by many to be one of the greatest handball coaches of his generation. He successively played for 4 national teams in his playing career: First for the Soviet Union, then the Unified Team, then Russia and finally Spain. Beach Handball
Beach handball is a team sport where two teams pass and bounce or roll a ball, trying to throw it in the goal of the opposing team. The game is similar to standard handball, but it is played on sand instead of on a solid floor. Because the ball loses most of its bounce on sand, there is little to no dribbling, and players instead perform more passing as the rules of travelling still apply. Description Matches are played as two 10-minute sets, with a half-time of 5 minutes. If teams are tied at the end of a regular set then the teams play for a golden goal. If the teams are tied at the end of 2 sets then the teams will participate in a tiebreaker. The tie break involves a goalie throwing the ball to their own player while that player attempts to score one-on-one with the opposing goalie. Handball
Handball (also known as team handball, European handball, Olympic handball or indoor handball) is a team sport in which two teams of seven players each (six outcourt players and a goalkeeper) pass a ball using their hands with the aim of throwing it into the goal of the opposing team. A standard match consists of two periods of 30 minutes, and the team that scores more goals wins. Modern handball is played on a court of , with a goal in the middle of each end.
