Sergio Raymundo Chテ。vez Velasco (born March 20, 1986), better known by his ring name Niebla Roja (Spanish for "Red Mist"), is a Mexican ''luchador'' (or professional wrestler), who works for the Mexican wrestling promotion Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL). He previously worked as テ]gel de Plata (Spanish for "Silver Angel") between 2008 and 2012 before adopting his current ring name. A second-generation wrestler, he is the son of retired wrestler Apolo Chテ。vez, and the brother of Miguel テ]gel Chテ。vez Velasco, who is also a ''luchador'' under the ring name テ]gel de Oro (Spanish for "Golden Angel"). Chテ。vez has been working for CMLL since 2008. He is a former CMLL World Light Heavyweight Champion and CMLL World Tag Team Champion. The CMLL World Lightweight Championship () is a professional wrestling world championship promoted by the Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL), a Mexican ''Lucha Libre'' wrestling promotion (franchise). Originally, CMLL promoted the "Super Lightweight" division as part of their expansion into Japan in 1999 and 2000 and later reintroduced the division in 2003, at the same time they were running a CMLL World Super Lightweight Championship in Mexico. A ''torneo cibernetico'' is a multi-man professional wrestling elimination match that was created and primarily used in Mexican ''lucha libre'' professional wrestling promotions, especially in Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL). The match format sees two teams of varying sizes face off against each other. It uses standard ''lucha libre'' tag team rules with elimination occurring with a pinfall, submission, disqualification and count out and allows a wrestler to enter the match when their tag team partner exits the ring as well as when they tag out.
