Álvaro Novo Ramírez (born 16 May 1978) is a Spanish former professional footballer who played as a right midfielder. Over eight seasons, he amassed La Liga totals of 183 matches and 11 goals with Mallorca, Atlético Madrid and Real Sociedad. Club career Novo was born in Córdoba, Andalusia. After finishing his football development at local Córdoba CF he started as a senior at lowly RCD Carabanchel in Madrid, helping the club to its only two Segunda División B years, after which he left in 1998. Novo then moved to RCD Mallorca, first playing with the reserves, competing one season in the Segunda División and being relegated. José María Bakero Escudero (born 11 February 1963) is a Spanish former professional footballer, currently a manager. Having played mainly for Real Sociedad and Barcelona, he began his career as a forward (not being a prolific scorer) but was converted into an attacking midfielder, possessing passing and scoring ability (with both his right foot and his head, the second despite his short stature) and great leadership skills. Gregorio "Goyo" Manzano Ballesteros (; born 11 March 1956) is a Spanish football manager. In a career of 35 years, he managed for 14 consecutive seasons in La Liga with seven clubs, including three spells at Mallorca and two at Atlético Madrid, winning the Copa del Rey with the former in 2003.
