Álvares Florence
Álvares Florence is a municipality in the state of São Paulo, Brazil. It has a population of 3,647 inhabitants (IBGE/2020) and an area of 362.9 km2. History At the end of the 19th century, Joaquim Pedro da Silva built the first residence on the region. With the time a village appeared, being named ''São João Batista do Marinheiro''. In 1926, the village was elevated to district of Tanabi, with the name of ''Vila Monteiro'', and on November 30, 1944, the name changed to ''Igapira'', being a district of the newly created city of Votuporanga. The city was officially established as a municipality on December 24, 1948, changing its name to the current form. On April 10, 1949, the municipal chamber was installed. Vivo ( Portuguese for 'Live', as in Live Broadcasting, or 'Alive'), known as Vivo Brazil, is a brand of Telefônica Brasil, a subsidiary of Telefónica and the largest telecommunications company in Brazil. In macroeconomics, the secondary sector of the economy is an economic sector in the three-sector theory that describes the role of manufacturing. It encompasses industries that produce a finished, usable product or are involved in construction. The primary sector of the economy includes any industry involved in the extraction and production of raw materials, such as farming, logging, fishing, forestry and mining. The primary sector tends to make up a larger portion of the economy in developing countries than it does in developed countries. For example, in 2018, agriculture, forestry, and fishing comprised more than 15% of GDP in sub-Saharan Africa but less than 1% of GDP in North America. In developed countries the primary sector has become more technologically advanced, enabling for example the mechanization of farming, as compared with lower-tech methods in poorer countries.
