Åžirinyer Railway Station
Şirinyer railway station () is an underground railway station of the İZBAN commuter rail system. The current station was built between 2006–09 and opened on 30 August 2010. The former station was opened in 1858 by the Ottoman Railway Company and was taken over by the Turkish State Railways in 1935. Before the 1950s, Şirinyer was known as ''Kızılçullu Durağı''. The proposed M2 (İzmir Metro), Üçyol—Çamlıkule Line (M2 Line) of the İzmir Metro will have Şirinyer (İzmir Metro), an underground station at Şirinyer. Construction of the station is expected to begin in 2018 and enter operation in 2022. The Aegean Express, numbered as B31 (), is a passenger train operating daily between Basmane railway station in İzmir to Eskişehir. The train operates as a local service on the route, calling at more stations than its counterpart, the Karesi Express; which also operates between İzmir and Balıkesir. Originally the train operated between İzmir and Eskişehir, via Balıkesir and Kütahya, as a daily Inter-city rail, inter-city train. İzmir Blue Train
The İzmir Blue Train () is one of the 3, still operating, "'' Blue Train''" services. The train made its first run on 17 May 1984. At first, the train was operating between Alsancak station in İzmir and Central Station in Ankara.
