Frank Bornemann Frank Bornemann (born 27 April 1945) is a German guitarist and vocalist best known as part of the German progressive rock band Eloy. He is also the founder of the Horus Sound Studios in Hannover, Germany where he worked until 2014.EMI Electrola with the vision to create an "''organic unity through musical transitions between the songs''", a task Bornemann found "''extremely difficult to realize''". Sorting the songs in order to match EMI's vision was done by the band's longtime graphics designer and friend Michael Narten, and master engineer Hans-Jörg Maucksch. Narten also designed the album's
