Football career

Sundramoorthy broke into the Singapore-Malaysia Cup team in 1983 at just 18 years of age and in the following season, he became top scorer in the tournament.

In 1988, Sundramoorthy became the second player from Singapore to play in Europe when he signed for

Since 2012 Sundramoorthy has been the head coach of the LionsXII, who played in the

In October 2018, Sundramoorthy became the head coach of the
