Artwork

The album's cover art was created by Fredriksson, who began drawing with charcoal in her dining room as another form of therapy following her brain tumour diagnosis. She said she opted to use charcoal because "that technology is both simple and interesting. I have always been fascinated by contrasts, of the black and white, and of the

Fredriksson withdrew from all forms of publicity for several years after her diagnosis, and did not promote ''The Change''.
