In Guam, of rain fell in 24 hours, breaking the daily and monthly rainfall records for June. Winds gusted up to , causing significant structural damage, amounting to $6 million in losses. One fatality occurred as a result of flooding and nine others resulted from rough seas. In the Mariana Islands, 71 homes were destroyed and hundreds were damaged; losses totaled $11.2 million.
