Career

From 1995 to 1996, he was the attaché of the contractual and legal department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus. He then served from 1996 to 2000 as the Vice Consul,

He then served as the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Belarus from 4 June 2009 to 16 November 2012.
