Also subpoenaed were reputed underworld figures Fiori (Fifi) Buccieri, 59, and Charles (Chuckie) English, 52. Reynolds was identified by Federal authorities as an intimate friend of Frank (the Horse) Buccieri, 52, the brother of Fiori.
