Jenčušová was first noticed in the cycling world in 2020, when she became the European junior champion in the scratch. Since 2021 she is a member of the Italian professional team Bepink. She won the road race at the Czech and Slovak National Championships in 2022 and 2023 after finishing third in 2021. Additionally, she won the
