Marcus Antone Anderson (born April 12, 1939) is a retired lieutenant general in the United States Air Force. He was the Inspector General of the Air Force from 1993 to 1996. Born in Everett, Washington, and raised in Monroe, Washington, Anderson graduated from the United States Air Force Academy with a B.S. degree in 1961. He later earned an M.S. degree in systems management from the University of Southern California in 1972. He is a 1970 graduate of the Armed Forces Staff College and a 1977 graduate of the
