Port Bailey Seaplane Base is a public use seaplane base located in Port Bailey, in the Kodiak Island Borough of the U.S. state of Alaska. It is privately owned by Kadiak Fisheries. Scheduled passenger service to Kodiak, Alaska, is subsidized by the United States Department of Transportation via the Essential Air Service program.
