In June 2020, Twitter user @WhiteyPPG, or Riley, accused Hill of pressuring him into getting heavily intoxicated at a bar and then attempted to have sex with him. Hill only stopped after Riley refused three times. Riley said that he was hesitant to post about the incident online for fear of being accused of simply looking for attention; he also claimed that Hill had sexually assaulted others before. On Instagram, Hill apologized for the incident, claiming that they were both drunk and that he could not recall the events. After his Instagram account @ehjovan, with sixty thousand followers, was taken down, he moved to the account @jovanhell.
