from 1875 to 1905. In 1899, he was raised to the peerage as Baron Glanusk, of Glanusk Park in the County of Brecknock. Lord Glanusk married Mary Ann, daughter of Henry Lucas, in 1861. He died in January 1906, aged 65, and was succeeded in his titles by his eldest son Joseph Henry Russell Bailey. Lady Glanusk died in 1935.
